CSAware

Wholesale ordering

Run wholesale alongside your CSA — without a separate system.

Now in pilot for the 2026 season. Approved buyers shop your wholesale catalog and place purchase orders, while your team manages buyer terms, weekly availability, invoices, balances, and payments.

Now in pilot — onboarding farms for the 2026 season

CSAware wholesale lets farms and food hubs run wholesale alongside their CSA store. Your team builds the wholesale catalog; approved buyers place purchase orders and track invoices from their own account area.

On the vendor side, your team can approve buyers, set buyer-specific terms, manage weekly wholesale availability, confirm POs, adjust fulfilled counts, issue invoices, and track manual and automatic payments via eCheck (ACH) and paper checks.

Wholesale is built into the same harvest, packing, fulfillment, and accounting workflows you already use in CSAware — so wholesale demand stays visible next to CSA demand instead of becoming a separate process.

Pilot status: we’re onboarding a small group of CSAware farms to wholesale for the 2026 season. If you’re interested in being part of the pilot, get in touch below.

Wholesale pricing

We understand wholesale economics.

Wholesale businesses operate on tight margins, and our pricing accommodates that.

Same simple fee

2% of wholesale revenue. No per-buyer fees, no per-PO fees, no per-invoice fees, no setup fees.

Capped at $500/month

Whether you move $30K or $3M in wholesale per month, your platform fee on wholesale is capped at $500/month.

Examples: $10K/mo wholesale = $200 fee. $25K/mo = $500 (cap binds). $250K/mo = $500. $2.5M/mo = still $500. The cap is per vendor, per month.
